Final Major Project ‘Dear Midwife’

In the UK, black women are four times more likely to die during pregnancy and childbirth compared to white women.

Black women can feel dismissed and not listened to by midwives. However, Dear Midwife, aims to change this, by giving black women a voice, to ensure they always feel heard and valued resulting in better maternal care.
